Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Tempus Fugit! We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:
Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.
Pre-order items: Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Our pre-order windows typically close on Fridays for that week's batch. Please note that it will be clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item.
International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international order due to unpaid customs fees.
Missing Package Policy
At Tempus Fugit, our goal is to ensure every order arrives safely and on time. Once your package ships, you will receive tracking information to follow its progress.
1. Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If the carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx) marks your package as Delivered, but you cannot locate it, you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp shown on the tracking.
This allows us to immediately investigate with the carrier and file any required claims within their permitted time window.
Before contacting us, please double-check:

Your mailbox, porch, or front door

Apartment mailrooms, parcel lockers, or leasing offices

Neighbors or household members

Any delivery notices or attempt slips

Security camera footage, if available
If the package is still missing after checking these areas, contact us right away.
2. Carrier Responsibility
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
We cannot provide refunds for orders that the carrier confirms as delivered.
3. One-Time Courtesy Replacement
For first-time delivery issues, we may offer a one-time complimentary replacement.
All courtesy replacements will be shipped with Signature Required to prevent future delivery issues.
This courtesy is offered one time per customer and per shipping address.
4. Lost-in-Transit Packages
If a package has not been marked delivered and shows no movement for 7+ days, we will open a claim with the carrier.
Depending on the carrier’s investigation, we will offer a replacement or refund.
5. Stolen Packages
If a package is determined to have been stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a report with:

UPS or the applicable carrier

Your local authorities (optional)
In suspected theft cases, reshipments may be offered at a discounted rate.
6. Delivery Claims
We will assist you in working with the carrier, gathering information, and investigating your delivery.
Claims may take several business days for the carrier to resolve.
Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filling a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
