SHIPPING

Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre-order items: Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Our pre-order windows typically close on Fridays for that week's batch. Please note that it will be clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item.

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international order due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filling a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.

RETURNS

At Tempus Fugit, all sales are final. This is due to us having very limited to no pieces left after releases. We do NOT offer exchanges or returns of any kind. If a mistake is made on our end, we will fix it for you. We do not cancel orders after they are submitted.

Damages and Issues: If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

False Chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
